
AUEL THEODORE BYRON Age 88, of Brentwood, peacefully passed away and went to join his wife Ruth in Heaven on Monday, October 26, 2015. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on June 5, 1927. Theodore is survived by his two sons, Curtis M. Auel, Christopher J. (Susan) Auel; loving grandpa to Joshua D. Auel; loving Papa to Makenzie N. Auel and Zachary C. Auel; sister-in-law, Sally Hall; he was preceded in death by his brother, Conrad Auel. Very active and dedicated to Brentwood Christian Church. Avid Penguins, Pirates and Steelers fan. Generous contributor to Wounded Warrior, VFW, Special Olympics, Humane Society, Fire, Police and EMS. He was also an accomplished craftsman and artist. Friends will be received on Thursday, October 29, 2015, from 1-4 and 6-9 p.m. at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236. A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted Friday at 11 a.m. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, with burial to follow in Jefferson Memorial Cemetery.
