DONOVAN PEARL (SANKO) On Tuesday, December 29, 2015, Pearl (Sanko) Donovan, age 89, of Avalon. Born in New Boro, PA, daughter of the late Stanislaw and Anna (Augustyn) Czajka; beloved wife of 64 years of James A. Donovan; loving mother of Thomas J. (Priscilla) Donovan of Wisconsin, Mary Beth (Mark) McCauley and the late Sharon A. Donovan; grandmother of Kendall and Connor McCauley; sister of Ann Nykiel of OH, Cecelia Menarchek of Latrobe and the late John Czajka, Peter Czajka, Frank Sanko, Lt. Joseph Sanko, Rose Sanko, Mary Sanko and Stella Palaisa; sister-in-law of Helen Czajka of Michigan. Pearl was retired as a Legal Secretary, and had been a longtime member of the Assumption Church Christian Mother's - Women's Guild. Friends received Monday, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., at the LAWRENCE T.
