HENDZEL CHEVON A. VONNIE Age 54, of Elliott, peacefully on Tuesday, January 19, 2016. Beloved daughter of the late Rose and Charles Hendzel; favorite sister of Carol Brislin, Char (Rob) Sinicrope, Chuck (Denise) Hendzel, Dan Hendzel and Denise (Mike Speakman) Hendzel. Vonnie is survived by her wonderful nieces, nephews, her loving cousins and many dear and special friends, especially Mike Speakman and his family. Von was blessed in her life with some wonderful teachers from Conroy School where she received her Certificate of Completion in 1981. Support Coordinators who assisted Vonnie in living a full, safe and happy life, especially Verna Johnson, Brenna Connolly, Michael Southwood, Tony Drane, Mary Ellen Chandler, Tony DiBaggio, Matt Bruggerman and Autumn Fahey. Vonnie enjoyed a happy, independent life with the assistance of Mercy Behavioral Health and later with the assistance and care of Achieva Health.
