HALLIGAN CHARLES T. TOM On Wednesday, January 27, 2016. Husband of the late Margaret Mary (Parker) Halligan; beloved father of Christine A. (Mark) Grisham of TX, David T. (Rekha) Halligan, William J. Halligan, Cynthia A. Halligan, Leslie A. (Christopher) Ernst of NY, Bethany A. (Francis) Prior of TX, Thomas W. (Carol) Halligan of VA, Gregory A. (Kathy) Halligan and Patricia A. Halligan; brother of Mary Gertrude (Red) Combs and the late Anne Margaret Snooks Hanahan and Thomas W. Bill Halligan; survived also by 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two grandchildren. Mr. Halligan served in the US Navy during WWII. Friends may call Sunday 2-7 p.m. at O'BRIEN'S, 3724 California at Cooper Aves., N.S.
